Message dated May 28 and received May 29, stating the Governor                                      
signed the following bill and transmitted the engrossed and enrolled                                
copies to the Lieutenant Governor's Office for permanent filing:                                    
                                                                                                    
          SENATE BILL NO. 120 "An Act relating to the                                               
          state's sovereign immunity for certain actions                                            
          regarding injury, illness, or death of state-employed                                     
          seamen and to workers' compensation coverage for
